Real Estate Photo Tip 154

When shooting real estate photography it is important to clear all counters of almost everything to make the rooms look large, clean, and invite the potential buyer to visualize their new home.

Some of the most cluttered spaces are kitchen countertops and bathroom sink countertops. It is also important to survey the property and pick up any palms or outstanding debris or trash that can be easily moved. Objects especially appear unflattering on gravel landscaping because it stands out like a sore thumb.
