Separate your property with video, enhance search results, and make an impact on social media with these 3 tricks to boost real estate sales and property rentals.

1.Create a video tour

A video tour gives an inside looking focusing on the amenities, view, space and location (Videotour examples). Video shows off features in a visual and more engaging way than traditional photos and statistics prove that viewers prefer it. Google, Zillow, AirBnb, Vrbo, MLS Exchange, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and more also LOVE video and it optimizes the content in their search results. Whether you want to do this yourself with a smartphone and stabilizer or hire a professional company with a camera with a good lens and a drone, it is the first priority in boosting real estate sales and property rentals.

2.Start a YouTube presence

Your property rental or real estate listing can rank on Google with a YouTube channel having optimized keywords. After you have created a video it is important to upload it to YouTube (and other social media). Your video can even rank for a unique location, company name, specific subject or all three on Google when your YouTube channel is optimized correctly. 3. Leverage social media leads

There are now dozens of social media platforms but the top two are still Facebook and Instagram- to get ahead on these platforms in the real estate industry post videos regularly, go “live” of Facebook and create “stories” on Instagram and run results-driven promotions.
